Research, write, and manage production of sustainability disclosures including the CRISIL Sustainability Report, BRSR Report, GRI, SDG and other frameworks
Monitor sustainability trends and assess their implications.
Work with Central Administration and location teams to strengthen climate change policy and coordinate efforts to measure, reduce and mitigate carbon emissions
Organize and manage Sustainability and ESG materiality assessments and stakeholder engagement reviews
Research in evolving ESG reporting and measurement standards for adoption by CRISIL and subsidiaries
Support in devising, validating, and monitoring ESG strategy and initiatives for emission reduction, resources, DEI and governance
Managing the ESG assurance process
Communication, training and awareness on ESG within the organisation
Participation in developing sustainable Supply Chain Framework
Formulation of policies, procedures, and charters on ESG for the business
Education Requirements:
PG Diploma in Environmental & Sustainability Management
B. E/ B. tech or Any Bachelor degree
Required Skillsets:
Experience of upto 1 year or training/ internship in Sustainability teams and involvement in reporting, analysis, ESG program design in a large corporate environment
Knowledge of initiatives such as the SBTi, CDP, GRI, BRSR, Sustainable Development Goals and the Value Reporting Foundation
Knowledge of ESG ratings and indices
High proficiency in Word and PowerPoint
Demonstrated project management experience
Bachelor s Degree in a relevant field
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Significant understanding of ESG thematics
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
