Key Responsibilities
- To schedule and track EHS observation rounds in the EHS portal of all the trained leadership team & block in charges.
- To develop Emergency response team of Plant.
- To maintain daily record of safety statics.
- To conduct training on firefighting, chemical safety, tool box training etc. to company & contract employees.
- To make emergency response plan for emergency scenarios of the site and to conduct mock drill on the same as per the schedule/Legal requirement.
- To carry out plant safety inspection, safety audit & ensure the compliance of recommendation.
- To calculate OSHA rate, Loss time injuries, first aid cases etc. & take necessary action for controlling them
- To monitor permit to work system at site and give time to time feedback/communicate to permit issuers
- To investigate, prepare & report all incidents/accidents to all concerns.
- Ensure compliance of statutory & regulatory requirement related to EHS.
- To develop EHS opex and CAPEX budget of site and track them for completion.
- To conduct and ensure EHS departmental meetings, Plant safety committee meeting, contractor safety meeting, Emergency response team meeting, are being conducted regularly
- To improve the EHS visual management at site
