EXECUTIVE ENGINEERING AND BUSINESS EXCELLENCE - Sales

Position is for bachelor's degree in business administration, Commerce, Statistics, Engineering, Economics, or a related field. A detail-oriented and analytical Sales Operations & MIS Analyst with 1-2 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, MIS, or Business Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Track sales and marketing KPIs, targets, achievements, leads, conversions, and other business metrics.
• Analyze data in MS Excel to identify trends, gaps, and performance areas.
• Consolidate data from different sales teams and ensure accuracy and timely reporting.
• Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to understand reporting requirements.
• Coordinate with BU stakeholders and provide regular updates on business performance.
• Maintain trackers and dashboards for ongoing business activities.
• Support sales planning, forecasting, and performance reviews.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and automate repetitive activities.
• Handle ad-hoc analysis and reporting requirements from business stakeholders.
• Communicate key findings and insights clearly to internal stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 1 to 2 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, MIS, Sales Operations, or Business Operations.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of MS Excel.
• Good PowerPoint skills and ability to create professional business presentations.
• Strong analytical and numerical ability.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage deadlines.
