Job Description

Position: Executive/AM

Reporting To: Section In-charge – IMS & OE

Role:

Coordinating and implementing of the Integrated Management Systems (IMS) to ensure appropriate

QEOHS compliance with regulatory requirements. Conducting internal audits, MRM, workplace

assessment and ensuring audit compliances.

Reporting to section in-charge operational excellence and will be responsible for developing and

implementing the Integrated Management System at JCL including energy management system and

work in coordination with internal team and third parties to ensure the implementation of IMS

projects, policies and procedures and product certification. He will be required to facilitate and

ensure effective implementation of IMS.

Key Responsibility:

Facilitate the implementation of the Quality, Environment, Health and

Safety and Energy management systems as per ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO

50001.

Handholding the departmental IMS supports for IMS documentation.

Implementation of QEOHS policy and integrated management systems processes across all

functions in organisation.

Effective communication and implementation of changes to existing process or introduction

of new process to business functions.

Work closely with the EHS Teams in each of the regions in determining the effectiveness of

QEOHS policies and procedures and identify areas for improvement.

Initiation and implementation of operational excellence initiatives like 5S, Quality Circle etc.

Manage the QEOHS internal audit programme and ensure an effective investigation/ rootcause analysis process is in place and risks identified by the business and the potential

impact on policies and procedures.

Other Duties As Required From Time To Time.

Driving improvement projects including Pariyojana

Release of SPC reports.

Identification of training need for IMS core team

Review of documents relating to Integrated Management System (QMS / EMS / OHSMS).

Review of root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective action initiated throughout company.
