Executive Engineer - Cold Rolling Mill

Company - Jindal Stainless Ltd. is located in Jajpur, Odisha.

About the Role - The Executive Engineer position requires 2-8 years of experience and involves various responsibilities related to Industrial Safety, Maintenance, Teamwork, and Continuous Improvement.

Responsibilities -

• Knowledge about Industrial Safety, Safety standards, statutory & Regulatory requirement
• Job Permit System
• Maintenance Experience in Continuous Annealing, Continuous Galvanizing, Tandem Mill
• Industrial Hydraulics & Troubleshooting
• SOP, HIRA & Risk Management
• MTTR & MTBF
• Spare Management
• Maintenance Practices
• Basic Knowledge in SAP as an end user
• Identify root causes of equipment failures and implement corrective actions
• Taking corrective and preventive action
• Assignment of jobs to team as per skill
• Identifying root cause of failure of equipment
• Relevant mechanical maintenance experience in coil processing lines (HR CTL, HRS, CR finishings)
• Manpower Planning
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of hydraulic power units, Circuit, servo valves, and proportional control systems
• Hands-on experience with hydraulic troubleshooting, maintenance, and failure analysis
• Knowledge on ELC & LVDH operation & troubleshooting

Qualifications - B.tech/Diploma (Mechanical).

Required Skills - Industrial Hydraulics & Troubleshooting, Maintenance Experience, Teamwork, Communication Skills.

Preferred Skills - Knowledge of SAP, Manpower Planning, Continuous Improvement.
