Job Description

Neokred is a FinTech company based in Bangalore and an ISO 9001 | 27001, 27701 & 20000-1 certified firm in Information and Data Security. The company builds Consumer Tech for Financial Infrastructure stack to provide curated versions of embedded banking in the payment ecosystem. We've created a platform which enables Corporates, Banks, FinTechs, Retail Companies, and Start-ups to launch their own banking services or financial products, such as payment solutions, facilitating lending, virtual bank accounts, KYC and digital profiling for their customers or employees with the help of low code plug and play technology stack.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE ROLE:

We are looking for a reliable and proactive Executive Employee Experience & Admin to handle day-to-day office operations and basic administrative coordination. This role is focused on ensuring smooth functioning of the office, managing routine administrative tasks, and supporting employees with day-to-day requirements.

Your KRAs will include the following:

  • Oversee overall office operations and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning
  • Coordinate with vendors for maintenance, supplies, and other office requirements
  • Manage employee attendance and maintain updated records
  • Handle petty cash, track expenses, and maintain basic expense records
  • Ensure availability of office supplies and manage inventory
  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries related to office/admin matters
  • Support onboarding activities, including documentation and coordination
  • Ensure the office is well-maintained, organized, and running efficiently

You Should Possess:

  • 35 years of experience in Admin / HR coordination / Operations roles (front office or similar coordination roles are also suitable)
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of MS Excel
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to coordinate effectively with vendors and internal stakeholders
  • Strong common sense with a practical, problem-solving approach
  • Organized, responsible, and able to handle day-to-day tasks independently
