About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage and grow our online sales channels. The ideal candidate will oversee product listings, digital marketing campaigns, and day-to-day e-commerce operations to ensure smooth order processing and excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and update product listings across e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, company website, etc.)
- Oversee drop shipping operations, coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely fulfillment.
- Maintain accurate product catalogs, including descriptions, pricing, and images.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
- Optimize product listings with SEO-friendly content, keywords, and high-quality visuals to increase visibility and sales.
- Analyze performance metrics and prepare regular sales and marketing reports.
- Collaborate with marketing and logistics teams to execute promotions and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 35 years of experience in e-commerce operations or online sales.
- Proficiency in platforms like Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, or Shopify.
- Strong understanding of SEO, digital marketing, and product optimization techniques.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
