Responsibilities
- Annually create a strategic organizational plan and overall budget
- Maintain a climate that attracts and retains a talented and diverse staff
- Create and maintain relationships with volunteers and partners to facilitate success of organization's financial future
- Prepare agendas, reports, and materials for board meetings
Qualifications
- At least 8 years in a senior role of a reputable organisation operating in the field of human services, non-profit sector management, public administration or equivalent.
- Fundraising and bottom-line accountabilities
- Experience in large-scale program development
- Familiar with local youth sector ecosystem and leading youth organisations
- Ability to build collaborative work environment within organization and with external alliance partners
