Job Description

We're building AmaraWealth.ai a modern wealth platform helping financial institutions and wealth businesses deliver smarter investing experiences (digital + advisor-led), backed by strong technology and a sharp focus on outcomes.

Now we're ready to launch market operations, and we're looking for an entrepreneurial Market Partner / Market Head (Executive Director) who wants to build, own, and scale a business like it's their own.

This is not a typical job post. This is a build-with-us opportunity.

What you will own
  • Full market P&L ownership
  • Revenue growth through distribution partnerships + client acquisition
  • Build local execution: sales, partnerships, marketing, and delivery coordination
  • Create a scalable book and a repeatable go-to-market model

What we need from you

To make this work, we need a serious operator with real market strength:

  • Proven ability to run and scale a business with clear accountability
  • Ability to bring or help raise funding: USD 250K 500K (skin in the game)
  • A transferable book of relationships banks, wealth firms, distributors, large IFAs, family offices, ecosystem partners

  • A strong wealth technology stack (ready to deploy + scale)
  • Support to set up the local entity (structure, governance, enablement)
  • Marketing support (brand assets, campaigns, playbooks, content)
  • Sales enablement: demos, proposals, solutioning, and handholding on early deals
  • Continuous product upgrades based on market needs
Compensation structure
  • Meaningful sweat equity up to 10% for the right leader
  • Salary begins once either: funding is secured, or You build a book of 1,000 crore AUM (approx.)through tie-ups.
