About the Role
Valkyrie People Consulting has been exclusively retained by a leading automotive organization to identify and appoint a highly accomplished Executive Director & Chief Executive Officer (CEO). This is a critical leadership role, responsible for driving the organization's long-term strategy, profitability, and market leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic vision and leadership to achieve organizational growth objectives.
- Oversee P&L, business operations, and financial performance with a focus on sustainable growth.
- Drive innovation, technology integration, and transformation across the automotive value chain.
- Lead business expansion initiatives, including entry into new markets, products, and partnerships.
- Build and mentor a high-performing leadership team, fostering a culture of excellence.
- Strengthen stakeholder relationships with investors, customers, regulators, and strategic partners.
- Ensure strong governance, compliance, and risk management frameworks.
Candidate Profile
- Experience: 20+ years in the automotive, engineering, or manufacturing sector with at least 5 years in a CXO/Executive Director capacity.
- Expertise: Strong track record in scaling businesses, driving operational excellence, and managing P&L.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of automotive trends including EVs, mobility solutions, digitalization, and sustainability.
- Leadership Skills: Inspirational leadership with proven ability to manage change, build teams, and drive results.
- Global Exposure: Experience in international markets and partnerships will be an advantage.
