Job Title

Executive - Direct Tax & Regulatory

Location: [Bengaluru]

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team as an Executive – Direct Tax & Regulatory services. This role is ideal for candidates who are keen to build their expertise in direct taxation and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications:

• Semi-qualified CA (IPCC/Inter), or
• B.Com / any other relevant degree

Experience:

• Semi-qualified CA: after having completed articleship
• Degree holders: Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in handling direct tax & regualtory matters

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation and filing of Income-tax returns for individuals, firms, and companies
• Handling income-tax notices and drafting appropriate responses
• Visiting the Income-tax Department, as required, for follow-ups and submissions
• Assisting seniors in assessment proceedings and appellate matters
• Coordinating with clients and internal teams for data collection and clarifications
• Assisting seniors in preparing and filing forms under Companies Act, compliances under FEMA, preparing board meeting & other compliance related documentation.
• Coordinating with clients to get documentation signed off and ensuring timely submission.

• Strong understanding of direct tax concepts and compliance.
• Having working understanding of Company law compliances will be an added advantage
• Good communication and drafting skills
• Ability to manage timelines and work independently
• Proactive approach and attention to detail
• Intention to build a long term career in Direct tax & regulatroy domain
