Executive Digital Marketing & Product Communication

Location: Thane, India

Your Desired Qualifications and Requirements

Graduate in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, Graphic Design or a related field from a recognized university / institute

Minimum of 1-2 years of post-qualification experience in Digital Marketing & Content Design roles

Strong hands-on capability in developing engaging and effective communication creatives across digital and brand communication platforms

Strong design orientation with the ability to translate technical or product-related inputs into impactful market-facing communication

High level of Proficiency in tools such as Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, PowerPoint orsimilar platforms

Good understanding of:

o Creative design and development

o Digital communication and campaign execution

o Website content management

o Social media content development

o Product communication and marketing content coordination

Prior hands-on experience in creating and managing brochures, product sheets, emailers, social media creatives, presentations, and website content

Demonstrates an entrepreneurial mindset with a strong focus on:

o Organization and planning skills

o Creativity and communication effectiveness

o Attention to detail.

o Ownership and proactive execution

Your Primary Accountabilities

Design and develop impactful creatives for social media, website, presentations, brochures, product sheets, emailers, and other communication materials

Drive digital communication initiatives that strengthen Optime's brand visibility and customer engagement

Support the planning and execution of digital campaigns aligned with business, branding and engagement objectives

Manage and update website content to ensure relevance, accuracy and alignment with current business priorities

Support the upkeep and enhancement of Optime's communication tools and digital assets

Manage product information from a marketing perspective, including coordination and organization of product-related communication content across platforms

Work closely with portfolio, technology and business teams to develop clear and effective product communication materials

Support customer-facing engagement initiatives through structured communication programs and marketing outreach

Track responses and engagement generated through communication initiatives and support timely internal follow-up

Maintain marketing content repositories, digital assets and communication records in an organized and accessible manner

Ensure consistency of brand identity, message quality and visual standards across all communication touchpoints

Coordinate with external agencies, website developers, designers or other partners wherever required to support execution excellence
