Executive Digital Marketing & CRM
Role Summary
The Digital Marketing & CRM Executive supports digital marketing initiatives and oversees institutional data systems, ensures data quality and integrity, and supports strategic decision-making through accurate CRM reporting frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
Support University's Digital Marketing Campaigns and manage CRM systems.
Generate dashboards and analytical reports for admissions team and leadership.
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and security of admissions and enrollment data.
Develop and enforce data governance policies, standards, and procedures.
Ensure compliance with data privacy and IT policies.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Master's / Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Applications, Data Science, or related field.
3-4 years of experience in Digital Marketing, and/or institutional CRM systems.
Hands-on experience with Google Ads & Meta Ads Manager.
Strong knowledge of Excel, ERP systems, databases, reporting & AI tools.
High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
