Serves as the strategic interface between NICSI stakeholders and the implementation team, ensuring that business requirements are accurately captured, analyzed, and translated into actionable process improvements across ISO/CMMI domains.
Key Competencies
- Having relevant work experience of 0-3 Yrs
- Strong experience in requirement elicitation, gap analysis, and process reengineering
- Skilled in stakeholder interviews, workflow modeling, and impact assessments
- Familiarity with ISO standards from a business alignment perspective
- Proficient in preparing BRDs, functional specifications, and change impact documentation
