Role Overview
We are seeking a creatively driven and execution-focused Executive – Design & Communications to power dentsu India's visual storytelling and video-first communication strategy.
This role will lead the development of high-impact visual and video assets across leadership communication, digital platforms, major launches and reputation-building initiatives — ensuring consistency, speed and craft excellence across all touchpoints.
The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented and comfortable owning projects end-to-end — from concept to final output.
Key Responsibilities
1. Video-First Storytelling & Production
- Lead end-to-end video execution: ideation support, shoot coordination, editing and final production.
- Develop long-format content (leadership conversations, podcast-style formats) and short-format social cuts.
- Create trailers, highlight reels and platform-optimized edits.
- Maintain a strong and consistent visual identity across all video properties.
- Support dentsu's evolving video-led reputation strategy.
2. Design & Visual Identity Management (Including Events & Reports)
- Lead creative development for all outward-facing communication assets including:
- Leadership announcements
- Account and award wins
- Talent showcases
- Authored columns
- Social media creatives
- Event and report launch communication
- Develop complete visual ecosystems for key initiatives, including:
- Launch creatives
- Trailers
- Carousels
- GIFs
- Highlight visuals
- Recap videos
- Ensure brand consistency, typography discipline, layout precision and adherence to dentsu's visual standards.
- Translate strategic narratives into visually compelling storytelling systems across formats.
- Create structured post-event visual summaries and communication decks consolidating traction, engagement and coverage insights.
3. Digital Content & Platform Amplification
- Design platform-first assets tailored for LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook.
- Support first-draft copy ideation in collaboration with the communications team.
- Align creative output with audience behavior and platform performance insights.
- Contribute to improving engagement, video views and overall digital traction through stronger visual storytelling.
4. Collaboration & Execution Excellence
- Work closely with agency stakeholders and leadership team.
- Manage multiple deliverables simultaneously while maintaining quality.
- Demonstrate strong ownership, agility and deadline discipline.
- Contribute proactively to enhancing dentsu's contemporary and video-forward communication approach.
Skills & Experience
Technical Proficiency
- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
- Strong video editing capability (long & short formats)
- Presentation/deck-building expertise
- Strong understanding of digital content formats
- Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools
