Executive, Data Science (LLM & Agentic AI)

Responsibilities

• Lead the research, design, and deployment of LLM-powered
  and Agentic AI solutions to address clinical and operational challenges.
• Design, develop, and maintain automated data pipelines, prompt engineering workflows, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines to support AI application development.
• Apply advanced Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques to analyse healthcare datasets and develop AI-powered solutions for clinical decision support, care pathway optimisation, automated documentation, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Develop and deploy LLM-powered applications and Agentic AI systems, including multi-agent orchestration frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional technology teams to integrate AI solutions with existing clinical platforms and data infrastructure.
• Develop application performance monitoring and explainability frameworks to evaluate solution effectiveness and communicate findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Monitor data quality through validation and quality assurance processes, analyse healthcare data to identify meaningful insights, and prepare reports, dashboards, and visualisations.
• Ensure compliance with data governance policies, PDPA, HBRA, and other regulatory requirements by implementing appropriate security controls, managing data access and anonymisation, and promoting the responsible and ethical use of AI solutions.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Reporting Officer.

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative discipline. A Masters Degree will be an advantage.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Data Science, AI application development, or a related field. Experience in a healthcare environment will be an advantage.
• Demonstrated experience developing and deploying Large Language Model (LLM) applications in production environments, supported by a GitHub portfolio showcasing LLM and/or Agentic AI projects with clear documentation of your role and contributions.
• Hands-on experience developing Agentic AI solutions beyond academic coursework, demonstrated through public repositories, deployed applications, or detailed project case studies.
• Advanced proficiency in Python, R, and/or SQL.
• Experience integrating AI/ML models and LLM APIs into applications, with familiarity in cloud platforms (preferably AWS), CI/CD, MLOps, and DevSecOps practices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into AI solutions and work effectively in a collaborative environment.
• Good understanding of healthcare systems will be an advantage.
• AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification or higher will be an advantage.
