Job Summary (Brief overview on the scope of job responsibility):
Updating the information in the internal or client portal from inspection reports and preparing the summary of the daily task or activity.
Interrelationships (Other Key Functional Or Communicational Lines)
- Communicate with Manager (Review), Supervisor, Reviewers and Inspectors IAA for any enquiry and technical clarifications.
- Communicate with coordinator for non-technical issues e.g. report submission to client, etc
Role
Job Responsibility & Accountability (Key Roles, functions & accountability):
- Update inspection and result details in the Internal or client portal.
- Provide feedback to Reviewers and Managers about the administrative errors in reports.
- Sending reviewed reports to clients (if applicable).
- Update inspection details on web platforms like IAAMS, BVOS.
- Meet KPI for Technical Report Review including reporting TAT.
- MIS to Asst. Manager Review.
- Suggest improvement in the process, IFI; SOP other supporting documents, identified during review.
Required Skills & Qualification :-
- 12TH or Graduate in any discipline like BA, Computer science etc.
- At least 0 to 1 year's work experience in the similar field.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to understand the results of inspections.
- Conversant with relevant inspection techniques
- Good understanding off English.
- Ability to read and interpret English documents such as inspection guidelines and operation manuals.
- Willing to work in rotating shifts (9.00am to 5.30 pm / 2.00 pm to 10.30pm)
- Workdays will be 6 days a week.
- Basic knowledge of computer application in relevant software.
- Good time management skills.
- High level of integrity.
