Role Summary
Responsible for driving data-driven decision making through advanced analytics, commercial reporting, pricing intelligence, and operational performance analysis across verticals, products, regions, and channel partners.
Key Responsibilities
Develop detailed analytical dashboards covering Order Booking, Billing/Invoicing, GM%, Backlog, and Estimated Margin %
Perform vertical-wise, product-wise, region-wise, branch-wise, and channel partner-wise value and quantity analysis.
Conduct volume trend analysis for key product groups including Contactors, MPCB, OLR, Starters, ACB, MCCB, MCB (all poles), RCCB, Limit Switches, and Foot Switches.
Analyze discount structures using SAP data and evaluate discount impact on margins and revenue.
Monitor SPR approvals, GM% calculations, and discount approval matrix utilization.
Track credit utilization by Channel Partners, overdue trends, and calculate DSO to support working capital management.
Analyze Order-to-Bill cycle time, GRN-to-Invoice booking delays, and operational efficiency gaps.
Monitor monthly purchase price trends for Raw Materials and Traded Finished Goods; analyze purchase vs consumption gaps.
Evaluate stock days and inventory levels by material group and finished goods category.
Build automated Excel tools and interactive dashboards using Power BI/Tableau for executive reporting.
Prepare executive summary presentations and strategic insights for senior leadership.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, SCM, and Operations for data validation and process improvement initiatives.
Amazon E - Commerce Analytics & SPOC Responsibilities
Act as Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for Amazon marketplace operations and coordination.
Monitor Amazon sales performance, revenue trends, conversion rates, and return metrics.
Analyze pricing, discount levels, and promotional effectiveness on Amazon platform.
Evaluate inventory health, stock availability, and fulfillment efficiency (FBA).
Coordinate documentation, compliance, and operational requirements for Amazon listings.
Support margin optimization initiatives specific to the e-commerce channel.
