Job Description

Key Responsibility Areas

  • Compilation of cost reduction ideas from units.
  • Company level sales, database creation (Customisation).
  • BOP cost database creation and comparison with previous month.
  • Insurance-related operating level management and record maintenance and control over renewal

Key Performance Indicators

  • Cost Reduction & Optimisation :
  • Compile and evaluate cost reduction (CR) ideas across business units
  • Track actual savings vs, targets and analyze variances
  • Drive implementation and monitor sustainability of cost-saving initiatives
  • Cross-Functional Coordination:
  • Collaborate with different units to identify and collect CR ideas
  • Work closely with Production Units (PU) and Sales & Marketing (S&M) teams to drive cost efficiency initiatives
  • Ensure alignment of cost-saving goals across departments
  • Cost Saving Initiatives (PU & S&M):
  • Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities in production and commercial functions
  • Monitor performance and effectiveness of initiatives
  • Provide periodic reporting and insights to management
  • Sales & BOP Analysis
  • Database Management-Sale, BOP and Cost matrix
  • Insurance & Risk Management
