Role Description The Executive Corporate Relations – Andhra Market role is a full-time, hybrid position based in Serilingampalli, with flexibility for some work-from-home as business needs allow. The role focuses on developing and managing corporate relationships in the Andhra market to drive patient referrals, corporate tie-ups, and healthcare partnership opportunities. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and approaching potential corporate clients, presenting hospital services and wellness programs, and negotiating corporate health agreements in coordination with internal stakeholders. The executive will regularly visit corporate offices, conduct meetings, organize health camps and awareness sessions, and ensure high-quality service delivery to existing corporate partners. The role also involves tracking market trends, preparing sales and performance reports, coordinating with hospital departments for seamless patient experience, and supporting strategic initiatives to grow the corporate business portfolio in the region.
Qualifications
- Strong Sales and Business Development skills, with experience in acquiring and managing corporate accounts or institutional clients, ideally in healthcare or related service industries.
- Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to present services clearly, build relationships with senior corporate stakeholders, and collaborate effectively with internal hospital teams.
- Solid Analytical Skills to interpret market data, track performance metrics, and provide insights for improving outreach, conversion, and retention in the Andhra market.
- Basic understanding of Finance concepts relevant to corporate agreements, pricing structures, and revenue generation, with the ability to work with commercial and billing teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification (MBA or equivalent) is an advantage.
- Proven experience in corporate relations, key account management, or field sales, preferably in hospitals, diagnostics, insurance, or wellness sectors.
- Ability to work in a hybrid model with frequent field travel in the Andhra and Serilingampalli region, and to manage time independently while meeting targets.
