Key Responsibilities
External Communication:
- Develop and implement an effective external communication strategy
- Promote company story, vision, products, employee initiatives, client testimonials, and media coverage via social media platforms
- Liaise with media publications and pitch for stories and interviews
- Develop content including blogs, whitepapers, fact sheets, email/newsletters, flyers, brochures, infographics, posters, case studies, video messages, and other promotional materials
- Collaborate with product owners to manage website content and sales enablement materials
- Plan content for external events, meetings, webinars, and other promotional activities
- Create video content from scripting to execution
- Assist in preparing external presentations
Internal Communication:
- Develop and implement internal communication strategies to drive employee engagement
- Manage internal communication tools and platforms, including newsletters and social media channels
- Plan and execute HR messaging and internal branding initiatives
- Draft messages for senior leadership
- Assist in creating internal presentations and developing communication practices, policies, and systems
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience in corporate communications, internal and external communications, or related roles
- Strong writing, editing, and content development skills
- Ability to manage multiple communication channels and projects effectively
