Your responsibilities
License Management:
- Follow the License Management process in place and be SPOC for end-to-end License management in the organization
- Coordinate with internal IT teams, German Team and external vendors to ensure appropriate license procurement, usage, renewals and discontinuation.
- Compute software license costs chargeable to customers and absorption as overheads
- Prepare reconciliations of licenses in use v/s charged
- Application & Software lifecycle license management
- Help identify opportunities to reduce licensing costs and streamline subscriptions.
Controlling:
- Resource capacity & Accounts receivable
- Any other Controlling assignments
Your profile
Profile:
- 4+ years of relevant experience in Controlling specifically License Management
- Proficient in MS Office tools (especially Excel)
- Ability to prepare financial reports and give recommendations based on available data.
- Good Communication skills, resilient & critical thinker
Qualifications:
Commerce graduate/ CMA-Inter with experience in IT Industry
