Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented full stack Executive, Content & Engagement - Social Media (Organic) to manage and execute end-to-end social media activities. The role involves coordinating with internal teams for content planning, publishing, website updates, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) management, and performance tracking. The ideal candidate should be organized, tech-savvy, comfortable using Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools, and capable of ensuring accuracy and consistency across all digital communication channels.

Job Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with the content team to plan, schedule, and publish content as per the approved content calendar.
  • Maintain and manage a structured content calendar across social media platforms and marketing channels.
  • Coordinate with website developers for content updates including blogs, landing pages, and marketing content uploads.
  • Manage CRM-related activities, maintain data hygiene, and prepare regular activity and performance reports.
  • Leverage AI tools and automation platforms to improve execution speed, productivity, and workflow efficiency.
  • Ensure high attention to detail in all published content including grammar, formatting, branding, and accuracy.
  • Implement and monitor Urchin Tracking Modul (UTM) tracking for campaigns and content performance measurement.
  • Support organic growth initiatives across social media and digital marketing channels.
  • Monitor engagement metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.
  • Work collaboratively with marketing, design, and development teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.

Qualifications And Prerequisites

  • Willing to commit to a work schedule that includes Monday through Saturday (6 days a week).
  • Experience preference: Up to 3 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, content operations, or related roles preferred.
  • Qualification: BBM preferred, or any graduate degree with relevant skills and the right learning attitude.
  • Digital marketing certifications would be an added advantage.
  • Good understanding of social media platforms, content scheduling tools, CRM systems, and basic website content management.
  • Familiarity with AI tools for productivity, content assistance, and workflow optimization.
  • Strong organizational skills, communication skills, and attention to detail.
  • Basic knowledge of analytics, UTM tracking, and reporting methodologies preferred.
  • Understanding fundamental sales principles.
