Role Purpose:
To design structured, engaging, and scalable learning experiences by converting business content into effective learning journeys, especially for digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design end-to-end learning journeys (modules, pathways, certifications)
• Convert SME inputs, PPTs, and raw content into structured learning formats
• Create storyboards and instructional flow for digital learning
• Work closely with Content Creator for video-based learning development
• Ensure learning is:
1. Structured
2. Easy to consume
3. Outcome-driven
• Build assessments, quizzes, and reinforcement mechanisms
• Align learning design with business use cases and real scenarios
• Continuously improve content based on learner feedback and data
Key Competencies Required:
Instructional Design Expertise (Core)
• Strong understanding of:
1. Adult learning principles
2. Learning frameworks (ADDIE, Bloom's Taxonomy, etc.)
• Ability to convert complex content → simple learning
Structured Thinking:
• Breaks down content into logical, modular formats
• Designs clear learning pathways
Content Simplification:
• Translates jargon-heavy or technical content into easy-to-understand formats
Learner-Centric Design:
• Focuses on:
1. Engagement
2. Retention
3. Practical application
Collaboration Skills:
• Works with:
1.SMEs
2.Content creators
3.L&D team
Digital Learning Orientation:
• Familiarity with:
1. LMS platforms
2. E-learning tools

Skills & Experience:
• 3–6 years in instructional design / e-learning
• Experience in designing:
1. Digital learning modules
2. Certification programs
• Exposure to tools like:
1. Articulate / Captivate / similar tools
• Strong writing and structuring skills
