Job Description
DESIRED SKILL:
Primary
- Good knowledge of PF, ESIC, PT, and LWF multi-state compliance.
- Experience in ECR preparation, challan generation, UAN linking, DSC, and E-sign processes.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
- Strong knowledge of statutory compliance, particularly under the Shops and Establishment Act.
- Knowledge of various labour laws and the New Labour Code.
- Good knowledge of statutory registers, returns, and due date timelines.
- Experience in PF UAN and ESIC IP generation, linking, and related compliance, including for international workers.
- Knowledge of PT and LWF slabs and due dates.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in email communication, preferably using MS Outlook.
- Strong planning and coordination skills.
Secondary
- Basic payroll knowledge, including deduction calculations for PF, ESIC, PT, and LWF.
- Basic knowledge of compliance tools.
- Working knowledge of expatriate salary processing.
- Liaisoning with government authorities.
- Experience in licensing activities such as amendments, name changes, and address changes in Shop Registration, PF, PT, LWF, and ESIC.
- Knowledge of various government portals.
