Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Executive Chef role located in Karjat or Mulshi. The Executive Chef will oversee all kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, inventory management, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. Responsibilities include leading kitchen staff, maintaining exceptional food quality, and crafting innovative dishes to enhance the guest dining experience. Collaboration with management to align culinary offerings with the brand's vision will also be an integral part of this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage all culinary operations across the property.
  • Design and implement innovative multi-cuisine menus tailored to luxury hospitality standards.
  • Ensure consistency in food quality, taste, presentation, and service excellence.
  • Lead and manage kitchen teams, fostering a culture of discipline, creativity, and operational efficiency.
  • Drive high standards in à la carte dining and guest satisfaction.
  • Monitor food production processes, hygiene practices, and compliance with HACCP and food safety standards.
  • Control kitchen budgets, food costs, inventory, and wastage effectively.
  • Collaborate with management teams on menu engineering, promotions, and culinary strategies.
  • Conduct regular training and development programs for kitchen staff.
  • Ensure smooth coordination between kitchen and service operations.
  • Maintain awareness of international culinary trends and evolving guest expectations.

Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience as an Executive Chef in luxury hotels, resorts, fine dining restaurants, or premium hospitality brands.
  • Expertise in multi-cuisine culinary operations.
  • Strong experience handling à la carte restaurant concepts.
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills.
  • Strong operational, administrative, and cost-control capabilities.
  • Ability to maintain exceptional quality standards under pressure.
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and guest-focused professional.
  • Immediate joiners highly preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Degree / Diploma in Hotel Management or Culinary Arts.
  • Minimum 8–15 years of relevant experience in reputed hospitality organizations.
