Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Executive Chef located in Bhopal. The Executive Chef will oversee kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and inventory management. They will lead and mentor the kitchen staff while ensuring high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene. The Executive Chef will also collaborate with management to innovate and enhance the culinary offerings and manage vendor relationships to secure quality ingredients.

  • Culinary expertise in menu planning, recipe development, and food presentation
  • Leadership and team management skills to train and mentor kitchen staff
  • Knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and inventory management
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle operations efficiently
  • Creativity and innovation in menu design and adapting to culinary trends
  • Effective communication and collaboration abilities to work across departments
  • Experience in luxury or fine-dining establishments is a plus
  • Culinary arts certification or equivalent professional experience
