Job Description

Executive Chef – Dalcheeni

Location: Currency Tower, VIP Chowk, Raipur

Role Overview:

Lead all kitchen operations at Dalcheeni, ensuring exceptional food quality, consistency, innovation, and profitability while maintaining the highest hygiene and service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead daily kitchen operations and food production
  • Curate and innovate Indian & multi-cuisine menu offerings
  • Ensure taste consistency, plating standards and recipe standardization
  • Manage food cost, wastage, inventory and vendor sourcing
  • Recruit, train and supervise kitchen staff
  • Maintain hygiene, food safety and SOP compliance
  • Support menu engineering, pricing and seasonal promotions
  • Drive guest satisfaction through quality and operational excellence

Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience as Executive Chef / Head Chef
  • Strong expertise in Indian cuisine; multi-cuisine preferred
  • Sound knowledge of cost control and kitchen management
  • Passion for innovation, discipline and team leadership
