Executive Chef – Dalcheeni
Location: Currency Tower, VIP Chowk, Raipur
Role Overview:
Lead all kitchen operations at Dalcheeni, ensuring exceptional food quality, consistency, innovation, and profitability while maintaining the highest hygiene and service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily kitchen operations and food production
- Curate and innovate Indian & multi-cuisine menu offerings
- Ensure taste consistency, plating standards and recipe standardization
- Manage food cost, wastage, inventory and vendor sourcing
- Recruit, train and supervise kitchen staff
- Maintain hygiene, food safety and SOP compliance
- Support menu engineering, pricing and seasonal promotions
- Drive guest satisfaction through quality and operational excellence
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience as Executive Chef / Head Chef
- Strong expertise in Indian cuisine; multi-cuisine preferred
- Sound knowledge of cost control and kitchen management
- Passion for innovation, discipline and team leadership
