Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Chef at Hotel Pal Heights, jaydev vihar , bhubaneswar of PAL Heights Group of Hotels. The Executive Chef will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, including menu planning, food preparation, and quality control. The Executive Chef will lead a team of culinary professionals and ensure the highest standards of food production and presentation are maintained.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef
• Extensive knowledge of culinary techniques and food safety regulations
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Ability to create and implement innovative menus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills
• Experience of working in a four star hotel.
• Degree in hotel management is a must.
