Job Description
URGENT HIRING – EXECUTIVE CHEF for HYDERABAD
Location: All Five-Star Hospitals in and around Hyderabad
Experience: 8+ Years
Salary: 5.0 – 7.2 LPA
Working Hours: 10 Hours/Day
Off Days: 4 days/month, preferably weekdays
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
- Prior experience in Healthcare Catering / Hospital F&B Operations / Institutional Catering / Large-Scale Food Service Setups
- Strong knowledge of Food Safety & HACCP Compliance
- Experience in large-scale food production, kitchen operations and cost management
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations
- Manage large-scale food production
- Menu planning and execution
- Ensure food safety and HACCP compliance
- Monitor food costs and kitchen efficiency
- Lead and manage kitchen teams
Proficiency in Telugu, Hindi & English is mandatory
