Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad for an Executive Chef. The Executive Chef will oversee and manage the kitchen's daily operations, create innovative menus, ensure high-quality food preparation, and uphold exceptional standards of hygiene and safety. Key responsibilities include supervising kitchen staff, managing supplies and inventory, maintaining cost controls, and constantly exploring new culinary techniques to elevate the dining experience.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in kitchen management, food preparation, and menu creation
• Strong leadership and team management skills to supervise kitchen staff effectively
• Comprehensive knowledge of culinary techniques and food safety standards
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills to maintain operational efficiency under pressure
• Ability to innovate with creative recipes and presentation styles
• Training and certification from a recognized culinary institution is preferred
• Prior experience in a dynamic on-site work environment is an added advantage
