Executive Chef - Cloud Kitchen

• Must be from South Indian Culinary Background
• Must be from Catering or Cloud Kitchen ( Bulk ) background

Role Description

This is a full-time Head Chef- Cloud Kitchen role located in Bengaluru. The Head Chef will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, menu planning, food preparation, and staff management in the cloud kitchen. They will ensure the quality and consistency of food served, manage inventory, and maintain kitchen hygiene standards.

Qualifications

• Culinary Skills and Menu Planning
• Experience in Kitchen Operations and Staff Management
• Food Safety and Hygiene Knowledge
• Inventory Management
• Excellent Communication and Leadership Skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in Cloud Kitchen operations is a plus
• Culinary degree or relevant certification
