Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Chef based in Chennai. The Executive Chef will be responsible for managing the kitchen operations, overseeing food preparation, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation, and maintaining inventory and supplies. The role also involves creating and implementing innovative menus, training and supervising kitchen staff, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in kitchen management and food preparation
  • Strong culinary skills with the ability to create and innovate menus
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations
  • Ability to maintain inventory and manage supplies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Relevant culinary degree or certification is a plus
  • Experience in the hospitality industry is beneficial
