Role Overview:

We are looking for a visionary Executive Chef to lead our culinary team and design wellness-focused, innovative menus. This role is ideal for a creative leader passionate about healthy, sustainable, and globally inspired cuisine.

Key Responsibilities:

• Curate and innovate health-oriented menus aligned with wellness programs (Ayurveda, Detox, Weight Management, Fitness, etc.).
• Lead, mentor, and manage a dynamic team of chefs and kitchen staff.
• Collaborate with nutritionists, wellness experts, and spa teams to create transformative dining experiences.
• Ensure quality, consistency, and presentation standards across all culinary operations.
• Implement sustainable and efficient kitchen practices.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 10 years of culinary experience in luxury hotels, resorts, or wellness retreats.
• Expertise in health-conscious, modern, and global cuisines.
• Strong leadership, team management, and innovation skills.
• Passion for wellness, sustainability, and guest-centric culinary experiences.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
