About the Role:

Babai Tiffins is looking for an Executive Chef with deep expertise in Andhra vegetarian cuisine, with a strong emphasis on breakfast and traditional dishes. The ideal candidate will have experience in reputed restaurants such as Minerva, Chutneys, or similar, with a proven track record in developing and maintaining high-quality vegetarian offerings.

This is a strategic culinary roleyou won't be managing day-to-day kitchen operations. Instead, your focus will be on product development, SOP creation, and ensuring taste consistency across our all outlets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the creation and refinement of Andhra vegetarian recipes, especially tiffins and traditional items.
• Develop and implement standardized processes and recipes (SOPs).
• Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation across all outlets.
• Collaborate with operations and training teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Drive innovation while preserving authenticity.

What We're Looking For:

• Immediate joiner preferred.
• Prior experience in Andhra cuisine (vegetarian focus) is a must.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Energetic, process-oriented, and passionate about food innovation.
• Willing to relocate to Bangalore, if not already based here.
