About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and Excel-proficient Executive – MIS & Software Operations to manage and support our internal software systems (Sefmed & Vibes). The ideal candidate will assist in daily software operations, data management, reporting, and coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth system functionality.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in daily software operations and system handling
- Perform data entry, data verification, and maintain accurate records
- Generate and share MIS reports with concerned departments
- Support users with basic software-related queries and troubleshoot minor issues
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth software usage and updates
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of system data
- Test new software features/updates and report bugs or errors
- Ensure proper documentation of system transactions and activities
- Support during software implementation or migration activities
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for system processes
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of computer operations and software handling
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and data entry work
- Good typing speed with accuracy
- Basic understanding of database and record management
- Ability to learn new software quickly
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Problem-solving ability for handling minor system issues
- Good communication and coordination skills
