About The Role: The Executive Campaign Delivery & Influencer Relations will support the end-to-end execution of influencer marketing campaigns and assist in building and maintaining strong relationships with content creators. This is a foundational role designed for individuals looking to build a long-term career in influencer marketing, digital content, and brand partnerships.

The role involves close collaboration with senior team members across multiple client accounts and requires a strong willingness to learn, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Delivery

  • Support the execution of influencer marketing campaigns from briefing to completion
  • Assist in understanding campaign objectives, deliverables, timelines, and reporting requirements
  • Maintain accurate campaign trackers, databases, and documentation
  • Coordinate internally to ensure campaigns are delivered as per agreed scope and timelines

Influencer Relations

  • Assist in influencer discovery, shortlisting, and evaluation based on campaign requirements
  • Support influencer onboarding, coordination, and day-to-day communication
  • Help assess influencer content style, audience relevance, and brand alignment
  • Contribute to building long-term, professional relationships with nano and micro creators

Operations & Learning

  • Support day-to-day operational requirements across client accounts
  • Actively participate in training related to influencer marketing execution, content evaluation, and basic negotiation
  • Seek feedback and work towards continuous skill development

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong interest in influencer marketing, content creation, branding, and digital media
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Willingness to learn, adapt, and take ownership of assigned responsibilities
  • Comfortable working with Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides)

Prior internship or project experience in digital marketing, social media, content, or influencer marketing is a plus but not mandatory.

Purpose of your role:

This role is structured to provide hands-on exposure to influencer marketing operations at scale. The Executive will receive regular feedback, structured learning opportunities, and mentorship from senior team members. Over time, the role offers a clear pathway to grow into client-facing, strategy, and account management responsibilities.
