Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive CAD Executive who will be responsible for calling existing and potential clients, sharing stock market updates, and coordinating with the internal sales/advisory team.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to clients for follow-ups and coordination
- Share updates regarding stock market products, services, and offers
- Maintain and update client database regularly
- Coordinate between clients and advisory/sales team
- Handle basic client queries and escalate when required
- Ensure proper documentation of calls and client feedback
Required Skills
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Basic understanding of stock market / trading terminology
- Comfortable with calling and client interaction
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM handling preferred)
