Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Executive CFA Stockiest to manage stockiest operations, billing processes, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders within the pharmaceutical industry. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in SAP and strong analytical and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle stockiest order billing and ensure accurate system entries including LR, IRN, and E-way bill generation.
- Process and settle claims by verifying and validating stockiest submissions.
- Record stockiest collection entries in SAP and follow up for outstanding payments.
- Conduct stock verification as per business requirements and ensure inventory accuracy.
- Generate and maintain reports related to billing, collections, and stock movements.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with the Sales team and stockiest for smooth operations.
Key Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Mandatory experience in SAP (especially in billing, collections, and inventory modules).
- Prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
