Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and polished Butler for an Ultra-High-Net-Worth Individual (UHNWI) residence in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will possess a refined service-oriented approach and 2-3 years of verifiable experience in luxury hospitality establishments. This role requires exceptional discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail in delivering personalised services.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and attend to the needs of the principal and guests, ensuring a seamless and tailored service experience.

Manage and oversee all aspects of daily household operations with an exceptional focus on service excellence.

Handle guest requests with utmost confidentiality, including arranging meals, beverages, and special preferences.

Coordinate household schedules, ensuring all staff adhere to expected standards and timelines.

Maintain the principal's wardrobe, including organising, packing/unpacking for travel, and wardrobe management.

Conduct regular checks to maintain pristine household standards, ensuring cleanliness, order, and security.

Organise and supervise formal dinners, gatherings, and high-profile events, ensuring impeccable service delivery.

Serve meals and beverages with precision, adhering to formal dining protocols and etiquette.

Manage inventory of household supplies, ensuring timely replenishments.

Handle scheduling, travel arrangements, and coordination of external vendors.

Uphold strict confidentiality protocols, respecting the privacy of the principal and guests.

Ensure the security of the residence, monitoring entry points and coordinating with security staff.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Education: Graduate or equivalent in Hospitality Management or related field.

Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in a butler role within luxury hospitality brands such as Taj, Oberoi, ITC, St. Regis, Four Seasons, or similar.

Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.

Proficiency in service etiquette, silver service, and formal dining protocols.

Fluent in English and Hindi; additional languages are a plus.

Impeccable grooming and professional demeanour.

Personal Attributes:

Trustworthy and highly discreet with a service-driven attitude.

Ability to work long hours, including weekends and holidays.

Adaptable, resourceful, and capable of anticipating the principal's needs.
