Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive administrative support to the COO, including calendar management, scheduling, and correspondence handling.
- Design and develop reports and dashboards to facilitate decision-making.
- Proactively anticipate the needs of the COO, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and responsibilities.
- Bridge communication between the COO, other executives, staff, and external partners to foster effective collaboration.
- Draft, review, and prepare essential documents, presentations, and reports for meetings and events.
- Coordinate complex travel arrangements, including itineraries and accommodations, ensuring smooth logistics.
- Safeguard sensitive information with utmost professionalism and confidentiality.
- Establish and maintain an organized tracking system for business activities, commitments, and follow-ups.
- Proven proficiency embracing advanced technology and analytical thinking.
- Strong business acumen with knowledge of best practices in executive support.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively.
- Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and ability to manage complex spreadsheets and reports.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated independence and initiative, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Flexibility to adapt quickly in a dynamic, ever-changing environment.
- Willingness to engage in business activities outside regular hours, including events and meetings.
- A bachelor's degree highly encouraged.
