Perform a spectrum of administrative tasks (e.g., calendar management, travel scheduling, executive expense management, event and budget management).
Provide leadership and act as a role model to other administrative business partners across the gTech Ads globally.
Establish trust and partnership with cross-functional teams and executives of the organization. Use judgment and discretion to make selections, especially in complex, ambiguous, or time sensitive situations.
Understand the business and their people needs and identify process or operational improvements to allow the business to run more efficiently.
Act as an expert on internal systems and policies. Exhibit the highest standards for maintaining confidentiality.
Minimum qualifications:
5 years of administrative experience in a high-tech or international environment working on core administrative tasks (e.g., travel management, expense reports, calendar management, facilities coordination, etc.).
Preferred qualifications:
11 years of experience working in direct executive support.
Experience in calendar management over international time zones, complex and high-volume travel scheduling and booking, and efficient budgeting of events.
Experience in supporting Chief Executive officers or executives in a Global role out of India.
Experience in managing multiple urgent priorities, and with planning and executing global offsites and events.
Ability to use project management skills to support the organization or office site with a navigating environment to collaborate and communicate across a range of people and job functions.
