No prior sales experience required

Key Responsibilities:

Engage potential clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn & scheduled meetings

Visit clients only on priorappointments (no random field visits)

Understand client needs and recommend suitable IT services /Solutions

Support pre-sales activities and proposal creation

Maintain CRM data and follow up on leads

Build long-term relationships with prospects & existing clients

Coordinate with technical teams for solution presentations

What we are Looking For

Customer service / BPO / front office experience

Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Interest in technology (no technical background needed)

Goal-oriented mindset
