Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic Executive Business Development to promote research assistance services and build strong relationships with academic professionals. The role involves client acquisition, requirement understanding, and achieving sales targets through effective outreach and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and approach potential clients, including PhD scholars and academic professionals.
Understand client requirements related to research topics, thesis writing, paper publication, and academic projects.
Present and explain company services and benefits to prospective clients.
Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships through regular follow-ups.
Coordinate with internal research and support teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Prepare and present customized proposals based on client needs.
Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales progress in CRM systems.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.

Qualifications:

Graduate or postgraduate in any discipline.
0 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition.
Interest or exposure to academic, research, or education-related services is an advantage.
