Client Onboarding

Identify and onboard new clients such as corporates, law firms, accounting firms, and educational institutions for the website's subscription services.

Client Feedback

Gather feedback from clients to improve service and product offerings.

Lead Nurturing

Develop and nurture leads to convert them into long-term subscribers.

Customer Service

Provide excellent customer service, helping clients navigate the website, access resources, and resolve issues related to digital content.

Client Check-ins

Conduct regular check-ins with large clients to ensure they are maximizing the use of their subscriptions.

Presentations and Demonstrations

Deliver presentations and demonstrations of the website's features, including access to databases, research tools, and compliance modules.
