Job Description
Drishti IAS is hiring Business Development Executive will be working
in a team of go-getters to help spread the Drishti IAS way of learning and will be responsible for
mentoring students.
Primary Job Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information to students about various courses and programs across different
verticals.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align with organizational objectives.
- Coordinate pre-sales and post-sales follow-ups to ensure smooth student onboarding.
- Achieve and exceed the KPIs set by the manager through effective sales strategies.
- Monitor market trends and analyze competitor activities to provide regular feedback.
- Conduct cold calling to engage potential students and maintain records of interactions and
inquiries in CRM (LeadSquared).
Requirement And Desirability
- English proficiency is mandatory for all positions.
- Any Graduate/Postgraduate can apply.
- Strong communication skills in English (mandatory) for the specified positions.
- Interest in mentoring & guiding students.
- Good interpersonal & presentation skills.
