Key Responsibilities:
Branding & PR
- Support the development and execution of brand positioning and communication strategy.
- Coordinate with agencies / designers / vendors to prepare and timely delivery of both digital and physical marketing / promotional material (output).
- Support in organising both medical and patient-centric events like CMEs, workshops, camps, patient awareness / education engagement sessions.
- Manage internal and external communication initiatives aligned with the Institute's values and goals.
- Handle media relations, press releases, public events, and reputation management.
- Develop PR opportunities through patient stories, doctor interviews and corporate collaborations.
Digital Marketing & Content
- Manage and optimise digital marketing initiatives across Google and YouTube including Banner/Display ads, Native advertising, Content marketing, Social Media marketing, Search Engine marketing, SEO, Email marketing, Influencer marketing.
- Coordinate with agencies / designers for creatives, campaigns, and video content.
- Oversee social media presence, drive engagement and ensure high-quality, consistent messaging.
- Manage, optimise SEO, SEM, Google My Business, WhatsApp campaigns to generate quality leads.
Marketing & Outreach
- Plan and execute local BTL campaigns, eye check-up camps, referral community engagement and corporate tie-ups.
- Ensure marketing KPIs are aligned with lead generation, brand growth, and patient footfall.
- Support marketing-related vendor coordination, reporting, and budget tracking.
- Regular monthly Field visits
Collaboration & Reporting
- Work closely with clinical, operations and business teams for integrated campaign planning.
- Share monthly reports, marketing dashboards. ROI analysis with the Chief Marketing Officer.
Qualifications
- Postgraduate in Marketing / HCM / Digital marketing or related field.
- 1.5 years+ hands-on experience in digital marketing, branding in a hospital / healthcare organisation. Experience in an eye hospital will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM and social media.
- Strong command over content writing, design briefing and marketing analytics.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, self-driven with ability to manage multiple campaigns / projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work as a team member.
- Working knowledge of Marathi.
