The TPA Executive manages cashless insurance processes, coordinates with insurance companies, and ensures smooth patient admission and discharge under TPA policies.
Responsibilities
- Handle patient insurance documentation and approvals for cashless treatment
- Liaise with TPAs/insurance providers for timely authorization and settlement
- Maintain accurate records of insurance claims and patient billing
- Assist patients and families in understanding insurance coverage and procedures
- Ensure compliance with hospital and insurance guidelines
Qualifications
- Knowledge of health insurance and TPA processes
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Attention to detail and documentation accuracy
- Experience in hospital billing/insurance preferred
