Role Description

We are seeking an experienced HR professional with min 2yrs experience with expertise in recruitment and fied hiring, particularly within the construction industry.

Monitor compliance with labour laws and statutory recruitment

Roles & Responsibilities

Manage recruitment and talent acquisition activities across various levels

Oversee the onboarding and induction process for new hires

Monitor compliance with labour laws and statutory requirement

Qualifications

MBA in HR or equivalent

Strong understanding of recruitment, workforce planning, and talent acquisition

Proven experience in hiring, especially for blue-collar roles

Willingness to travel PAN India

Effective communication and coordination skills

Package : 5-6 lacs / annum

Location - Malad West, Mumbai (Onsite)
