Role Description The Executive Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, supporting day-to-day operations within the consulting and placement teams. This position involves coordinating communication between clients, candidates, and internal stakeholders, scheduling interviews, maintaining candidate databases, and tracking recruitment progress. The Executive Associate will prepare reports, update documentation, and assist with drafting job postings and basic correspondence. The role also includes handling routine office administration, managing follow-ups with clients and candidates, and supporting HR consultants in executing recruitment and placement assignments. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, candidates, and team members.
- Solid organizational and time-management abilities, including handling multiple tasks, maintaining accurate records, and meeting deadlines.
- Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., MS Office or Google Workspace) and comfort working with spreadsheets, databases, and email tools.
- Basic understanding of HR, recruitment, or consulting processes, with an interest in building a career in talent acquisition or HR services.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills, with a proactive, service-oriented approach to work.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in an on-site team environment in Gurugram.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline; education in Business, HR, or a related field is an advantage.
- Prior experience in an administrative, coordination, or recruitment support role is preferred but not mandatory for otherwise strong candidates.
